1. Choose banks which offer secondhand-house loan for foreigners
2. Make sure the sum of loan.
3. Refer necessary personnel materials: ID certification, Marriage certification and Credit certification.
ID certification includes passport, household register, returning certification and employee's card if the buyer worked in Beijing .
Marriage certification refers to the register certificate offered by the country of the buyer and his/her spouse, or the certificate offered by Beijing Government if they worked here.
Credit certification includes family's annual report, stock exchange statement and tax roll in their native country. If the buyer worked in Beijing , his/her income certification will be necessary.
4. Sign the loan contract and notarizations. In 3-4 working days, Loan and Guarantee Contract will be signed and notarized by Beijing Notarization Agency.
After the deal is finished, the bank will receive mortgage receipt or other right certifications. Then the bank will remit loan in the buyer's account. The loan must be repaid in time monthly.
