- Relevant resident confirmation of embassy
- The confirmation of purchasing contract from Foreign Affair Management Office
- Notarize foreigner’s Chinese name and passport (Chinese version)
2. One property only for each foreigner
3. Only for inhabitancy, it is forbidden for renting or transfer
